“Niki is a diligent person who gets things done thoroughly and quickly. She has a wealth of knowledge on how to scale designs and really helped us get our design system in place which has lead to an increase in consistency and faster development time. She understands user problems quickly and is able to come up with top level design ideas very quickly.”
“I had the pleasure of working with Niki during her time as a Senior UX contractor at Gousto. Niki’s wealth of experience and deep insight shone through in her work, alongside her commitment to quality and ensuring the highest design standards were met across the end-to-end experience. Her work led to great impact, enabling us to deliver key milestones during the critical early phases of a strategic initiative.”
“I worked with Niki on many projects during our time together at Eurostar. As well as being extremely capable at leading and/or participating projects and feature development, Niki was always upbeat and fun to work with. Her knowledge and experience in the world of UX is vast and she was able to turn her hand to anything. I would recommend Niki to anyone looking for great UX!”
“Myself and Niki have worked together for the last two years transforming the Subway Mobile Order product inside their EMEA Application.
Quite simply, Niki has been fundamental to the success of the product in multiple ways. She is a true end to end UX & UI designer with the ability to work seamlessly with Product and own initiatives from inception, through to discovery, customer validation and delivery. I rest easy knowing Niki is the lead from a design perspective on this product!
Myself and Niki have build a fantastic working relationship and I will be sorry to see her move onto her next challenge. I have no hesitation recommending her, she would be an asset in any thriving product team.”
“For the past two years, Niki and I worked closely with one of our QSR clients. Niki was our acting lead Product Designer and led an entire design system overhaul of our clients’ mobile application.
Niki is a vigorous, extremely detailed, and passionate individual, who takes honourable pride in her work and all that she does. Niki is across every detail and leaves no stone unturned to ensure that everything is laddering up to the bigger picture and/or desired outcome. Niki has a wealth of knowledge and understands the complexity of scaling design systems, but does so with a solution-focused mindset and consistent velocities.
Separate from outputs, Niki is fun and engaging to work with. Niki and I developed a solid working relationship during our tenure together, which only benefited the environment we worked in. As this allowed us to be open and transparent with one another on a day-to-day basis, it was a refreshing dynamic, to say the least.”
“Although we only worked together for a relatively short period of time, I was very impressed by Niki’s attention to detail and methodical approach to our UX project. She was a pleasure to work with - creative; calm under pressure; adapting solutions to changing business requirements while questioning our rationale when necessary to ensure our site would deliver on user experience. Niki’s handover notes and documentation were exemplary and an invaluable resource for the project team.”
